Supported Software
The MSC has three levels of supported software
on Chinook:
- Full software support
These packages were developed at PNNL. The staff has direct
access to the software developers and can help in debugging the code.
- Standard software support
These packages were developed by third-party. The MSCstaff compiled
this code and has developed scripts to help users effectively run the
code. They also use these packages to help users with detailed questions.
- Minimal software support
These packages were developed by third-party. The MSC staff compiled
this code, but they have not developed any additional
support infrastructure. The staff may or may not be able to
help with detailed questions.
