1000 Fungal Proteins

The Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) developed the 1000 Fungal Proteins Pipeline, which consists of functional screening, structural annotation, and post-translational modification profiling, to characterize proteins.
Through this project, researchers will explore biochemical, cell biological and genetic approaches to characterizing proteins, based on samples provided by EMSL users.
