Abstract: 

The project aims to improve both sensitivity and throughput in single cell proteomics through the development of a microfluidic platform that leverages current technology. A hybrid picowell/nanowell chip will be designed and tested for single cell proteomics on a commercially available robotic system. The resulting platform will be demonstrated by profiling protein expressions from >1000 single plant cells.
