2023 EMSL Summer School
July 24 - 28, 2023

The 2023 EMSL Summer School will explore analysis and visualization of multiomics data. Over the course of five days, world-class researchers will provide instruction around the fundamentals and complexities of omics data. Presentation material is geared toward PhD students and postdoctoral associates, but all are welcome to attend.

Day 2 – Data Science 101: common and/or fundamental models and algorithms

Day 3 – Proteomics: data analysis in proteomics

Day 4 – Transcriptomics: data analysis in transcriptomics

Day 5 –  Metabolomics and Multiomics Integration: data analysis in metabolomics
