Preparation of ZnO thin films by MOCVD

EMSL Project ID
14096

Abstract

This research is aimed at manipulating the carriers in oxide based diluted magnetic semiconductors by adsorbing and decomposing small molecules on their surfaces. This chemical manipulation however has been limited to nanocrystalline DMSs with high surface areas and testing this procedure on epitaxial thin films would greatly enhance it's application to technologically relevant materials.
