Evaluation of Ion Funnel for Drug Discovery

Our goal is to collaborate with PNNL scientists to evaluate the ion funnel technology as an improvement to our mass spectrometry based drug discovery efforts. We will discuss the theory and operation of the ion funnel with PNNL researchers and evaluate model RNA-drug complexes with PNNL instrumentation utilizing the ion funnel. We will require minimal instrument usage, perhaps a few hours on the Finnigan TSQ or the 7T FTICR.
