Validation and Advanced Development of Emerging Technologies

EMSL Project ID
47301

Abstract

Develop mass spectrometry (MS) based assays for quantitative biomarker validation with sensitivity and specifically comparable to or better than antibody based immunoassays. The new liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-multiple reaction monitoring MS instrument will be applicable to a broad spectrum of clinical cancer biomarker validation applications.
