Requests for rapid access to Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) to detect the presence and type of radical generated during enzyme degradation of crystalline cellulose

EMSL Project ID
48119

Abstract

The object of this proposal is to request rapid access to Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) to confirm the presence of radical species during enzyme decrystallize cellulose. This information is crucial for us to complete a manuscript and provide the final piece of a chapter for a PhD student's thesis.
