Abstract

The goal of "NWBio" project is to leverage computational chemistry and physics methods to develop a new generation of predictive modeling and simulation tools for biology. This project involves method and theory development, algorithm development and software implementation. Besides publication of research papers, this project will produce a software product that can be widely used by the biology community. The project will enable the use of high performance computing on Cascade to predict biological outcomes with an accuracy far greater than the current generation of tools.
