Gregory Vandergrift
Chemist
Gregory Vandergrift is a chemist with the Terrestrial-Atmospheric Processes Integrated Research Platform. He is currently working on developing nanospray desorption electrospray ionization (nanoDESI) for imaging topographically complex biological surfaces (such as microbial communities) and combining nanoDESI with complementary spectroscopic techniques for further sample characterization. He is also using nanoDESI for the characterization of aerosols.
