William Chrisler

Will Chrisler is a biomedical scientist working with the Cell Signaling and Communication Integrated Research Platform for the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory. Chrisler is an expert in cell and tissue isolation techniques including fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and laser capture microdissection (LCM) for a wide variety of sample types, including bacteria, soils, plants, algae, and fungi for proteomic and transcriptomic analysis. He also has expertise in fluorescent microscopy techniques such as epifluorescence, confocal, and super-resolution (SIM and Airyscan) microscopy.
