Xena Mansoura
Post-master's Research Associate
Xena is a post master's research associate specializing in atmospheric and aerosol chemistry with the Terrestrial-Atmospheric Processes Integrated Research Platform at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory. She focuses on the chemical analysis of field-collected aerosol samples using a suite of instrumentation including scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and mass spectrometry. She is motivated by the effect of aerosols on the radiative balance of the Earth and is interested in evaluating their role in Earth system processes.
