Applications of Nanostructured materials and electrodes in Electrochemical sensors and fuel cell
EMSL Project ID
18007
Abstract
Nanostructured materials and electrodes will be designed and constructed and their application researches in electrochemical sensors and fuel cell will be studied. The nanostructured materials include carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers and other nanocarbons. Novel nanomaterials will be designed based on the modifications of nanocarbons. The applications studies include developing new sensitive glucose sensors and new nanocatalysts with high activities for oxygen reduction and methanol oxidation with the potential applications in fuel cell.
