Studies on drug release from biodegradable hydrogels

EMSL Project ID
1968

Abstract

HPLC analysis on released drug from the hydrogel This project is preparation of in-situ gelling polymer and applications to the drug delivery and tissue engineering. To analyze released drug from the hydrogel, we need HPLC with autosampler and UV-VIS detector. Each time, about 300 samples will be analyzed in the end of May and end of June, that is, all told, 600 samples. We will bring samples, HPLC columns and solvents. The followings are the schedule for that purpose. First analysis: May 22 ~ May 26; May 29 ~ June 2 Second analysis: July 10 ~ July 14; July 17 ~ July 21.
