Chlorine NMR Studies of Solid Materials: Characterization of Chlorine Nuclear Magnetic Shielding Tensors, Quadrupolar Coupling Constants and Their Relationshop to Molecular Structure.

EMSL Project ID
2036

Abstract

Chlorine-35/37 NMR is a promising technique for characterizing a variety of solid materials. Although the chemical shift scale for chlorine spans approximately 1500 ppm, there are currently no reports of chlorine chemical shielding tensors characterized experimentally.
