Abstract

Develop an oxygen sensor and a pressure sensor based on electrochemical principle using microfabrication techniques. The methods will involve photolithography, thin film deposition, chemical etching etc. Please see the attached files (proposal2-rev.doc and Gantt_Chart.doc)for details
