Set up a high resolution LC system for phosphopeptide analysis
EMSL Project ID
32893
Abstract
I would like to set up a high resolution LC system similar to what I used before at PNNL, in my current laboratory for phosphopeptide analysis here at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I need the expertise from EMSL staff scientist, Rui Zhao to assemble the HPLC parts together. I need access to Dr. Richard D. Smiths Laboratory at PNNL and take some LC parts (one 10-port valve, four 6-port valves and connecting tubing etc.) with me for my visit to EMSL. I also need to get the drawing and part number from the EMSL machine shop for a cable with power socket and clamp, connecting mass spec to LC for applying high voltage. Also, during the set up of this LC system, I need assistance from Rui Zhao. Other information or assistance related to the LC system might be needed depending on the circumstances.
