Metabonomics Assessment Following ANIT or Acetaminophen Administration to Male Fischer 344 Rats
EMSL Project ID
3405
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to characterize the effects of ANIT or acetaminophen on male Fischer 344 rats using metabonomics methodology as a tool for rapid-throughput in vivo toxicological screening. In this approach, profiling of urine shall be conducted using proton nuclear magnetic resonance in combination with multivariate analysis to assess time-dependent changes in metabolism resulting from ANIT or acetominophen treatment.
