Characterization of POCl3 doping for Si Solar Cells

P doped emitters are a critical part of high performance silicon solar cell technology. Use of more lightly doped selective emitters allows for higher performance, but is more difficult to control. We propose to use EMSL facilities in support of characterization of POCL3 doped emitters and associated glass formation for the development of better understanding and model development.
