Magnetic and transport studies of Co doped TiO2 thin films

EMSL Project ID
5094

Abstract

Thin films of Co doped TiO2 will be prepared using the MBE and sputter deposition facilities available at PNNL. The magnetic and transport properties of the samples will then be investigated using a Physical Property Measurement System available with Dr. A. Punnoose at Boise State University. More investigation of the magnetotransport, carrier type and concentration will also be measured using this equipment.
