Tungsten analysis as a surrogate for Uranium in ash.

Abstract

Research in support of K-basin sludge processing. Simulated sludge is processed using tungsten as a surrogate uranium. The process show tungsten separation and concentration.
To eventually allow casking of processed K-basin sludge for disposal to WIPP or other long term storage facility.
