Peptide biomarker Analysis

EMSL Project ID
18897

Abstract

This proposal is for use of ESI-MS (LTQ orbitrap)for analysis of native peptide markers. Sets of peptide masses from the LC-MS runs will be acquired and initially used as raw data for comparison. This is part of the environmental biomarkers initiative work on markers of response to infection and vaccination. The standard peptide analysis conditions used on that instrument would be utilized.
