Nuclear Spin Relaxation Measurements for Structural Genomics

EMSL Project ID
2169

Abstract

We are developing an approach to extract, compile and statistically analyze information about polypeptide dynamics from 2D {N15, H1}-correlation spectra in the framework of our structural genomics efforts. The large number of 2D {N15, H1}-correlation spectra recorded for identification rotational correlation time, i.e., also multimer formation or anisotropic reorientation, as well as polypeptide backbone dyanmics, including conformational exchange processes in the milli- to microsecond time scale {1, 2, 4-7}.
