Integrated multi-omics analysis of multiple myeloma

EMSL Project ID
60616

Abstract

In this project, integrated quantitative global proteomics and phosphoproteomics analysis of multiple myeloma cases (unsorted and sorted cell types) will be performed using multiplexed tandem mass tags (TMT) isobaric labeling and established sample preparation and data analysis workflows at PNNL. Single-cell proteomics analysis of sorted cell types for these cases will also be performed using the nanoPOTS platform and the iBASIL (“boosting”) strategy via TMT labeling. The proteomics data will be integrated with scRNA-Seq data (to be generated at WashU) for better understanding of MM and the interaction between plasma cells and immune cells in the bone marrow.
