Abstract
The objective of this multidisciplinary project is to investigate the application of NMR spectroscopy using the newly developed combined confocal/NMR microscope to aquaporin biology. The project is directed at pushing the limits of spatial resolution for NMR spectrometry to ultimately image water mobility at the subcellular level.
