The Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory is holding a free webinar, “Multiomics Analysis Portal: Analyze, Integrate, and Visualize Your Data" at noon Pacific daylight time on Wednesday, October 11.
Presenters Lisa Bramer and Kelly Stratton will introduce MAP, the Multiomics Analysis Portal, a one-stop 'omics data analysis web portal for EMSL users. It can perform quality control, exploratory data analysis, visualization, statistical analysis, and data integration.
Join us to learn about:
- the types of 'omics data MAP accepts,
- what the different tools within MAP can do, and
- future additions coming to MAP in the next year.
