The Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) is currently closed until further notice due to a chilled water leak.
Research in EMSL is currently paused until the leak is resolved. EMSL and PNNL facilities staff are working diligently to resolve the issue. We apologize for the disruption.
As a result, the following resources are currently down:
- Tahoma – high-performance computer
- NEXUS – EMSL’s user program portal
- Aurora - data file storage
- Science Central – EMSL’s new technology platform that provides users with access to data
More information will be shared, soon, including an estimate for when the building will reopen and normal operations will resume. Those with questions should direct them to respective integrated research platform leaders:
- Functional and Systems Biology: Biomolecular Pathways | Cell Signaling and Communications | Structural Biology
- Environmental Transformations and Interactions: Terrestrial-Atmospheric Processes | Biogeochemical Transformations | Rhizosphere Function
- Computing, Analytics, and Modeling: Data Transformations | Systems Modeling
Thank you for your patience.
