Erin Bredeweg
Biologist
Erin Bredeweg is a fungal biologist and geneticist who works with the Cell Signaling and Communication Integrated Research Platform. Her interests include utilizing the enzymatic and biosynthetic power of fungal metabolism, the importance of localization in cellular function, and ways to use cell biology insights for design of useful products and capabilities. Her current areas of work will deepen our understanding and application of fungal cell biology and address national fuel and product provision from the U.S. Department of Energy missions.
