Structure and Interactions of the Proline-Rich Domain of Calnexin
EMSL Project ID
2029
Abstract
Calnexin is a membrane protein of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) which participates in folding and assembly of functional glycoproteins. We plan to study a newly discovered proline-rich domain from this protein (147 residues) and its interactions with various binding partners using multidimensional heteronuclear NMR techniques.
