Abstract
The purpose of the Cancer Moonshot -Framingham project is to apply multiplex quantitative LC-SRM-MS assays for comprehensive, quantitative analysis of longitudinal serum samples associated with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma from the DoD Serum Biorepository, in collaboration with the Murtha Cancer Center (MCC) oncologists and pathologists, and to identify protein biomarkers in serum that have the potential to function as early diagnostic markers, or predictors of disease recurrence.
