DNA and Protein Molecules

EMSL Project ID
1698

Abstract

DNA and protein molecules can be aligned in high magnetic fields producing spectroscopic features in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra that can be used to significantly improve the quality of NMR structures and to extend the size and complexity of molecules and assemblies whose structures can be determined by NMR.
