Integrative Multi-PTM Profiling by an Automated Shotgun Proteomics Coupled with Top-down Proteomics

EMSL Project ID
61074

Abstract

To use PTM data to understand cell signaling and profile molecular phenotypes, PNNL has made substantial strides in advancing phosphoproteome and thiol redox proteome profiling. However, the current workflows are extremely tedious, labor-intensive, and low throughput. In addition, it is still challenging to characterize multiple PTMs to elucidate crosstalk or coordinated regulations simultaneously. This proposal will tackle these challenges by developing an automated and scalable capability for high-throughput integrative analysis of multiple PTMs.
