The Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory is holding a free webinar, "TerraForms: Tunable environments for exploring soil processes" at noon Pacific daylight time on Wednesday, November 15.
In this webinar:
- Arunima Bhattacharjee will discuss how researchers can use pore-scale micromodels, minerals, RhizoChips, and SubTap microbial and rhizosphere platforms to look at the influence of carbon distribution on microbe and plant development.
- Jayde Aufrecht will present two technologies for zooming into carbon cycling hotspots underground: Synthetic Soil Aggregates and RhizoChips.
