Arunima Bhattacharjee will discuss how researchers can use pore-scale micromodels, minerals, RhizoChips, and SubTap microbial and rhizosphere platforms to look at the influence of carbon distribution on microbe and plant development.
Jayde Aufrecht will present two technologies for zooming into carbon cycling hotspots underground: Synthetic Soil Aggregates and RhizoChips.
